How far in advance should we book?
3 to 6 weeks ahead is ideal for conferences. Peak season events (spring training, big trade shows, large corporate summits) book up faster. Reach out and we will confirm based on your event date.
Where can you set up at the venue?
Almost anywhere. Wellness rooms, green rooms, sponsor lounges, exec suites, conference suites. We just need a comfortable space and venue permission. Our team coordinates directly with your event planner or facilities contact.
How do attendees opt in?
Most events handle it through a sign-up form, registration page add-on, or VIP-only access. Each opted-in attendee completes the Good Faith Exam ahead of the event.
How long does each IV take?
Each individual drip runs about 45 to 60 minutes. With multiple nurses on site, we can serve up to 30 IVs in a single day.
Can we offer this as a sponsor activation?
Yes. Sponsor and VIP activations are one of our growing service categories. We can co-brand the experience, customize the service menu, and integrate with sponsor lounges or exec suites
How do you handle billing?
We can bill the conference organizer directly for the entire activation, or accept individual attendee payments. Whichever works best for your event setup.
Are your nurses experienced with high-pressure events?
Yes. Our team has served sales kickoffs, executive summits, trade shows, and major industry conferences. We know how to work fast, stay calm, and stay out of the way of your event timeline.
Can we add a wellness lecture or workshop?
