How Does Mobile IV Therapy Work?
From booking to drip to follow-up. Here is exactly how mobile IV service works in Phoenix.

The Whole Process At a Glance
Mobile IV therapy is what it sounds like. Instead of going to a clinic for an IV, a registered nurse comes to you. Your home. Your hotel. Your office. Your gym. Anywhere in our service area. The IV itself is the same as it would be in a clinic. The setting is just more comfortable.
Here is how the whole thing plays out. Most clients are done with their first mobile IV within two hours of booking, including the drive time for our nurse.
Mobile IV Service, Start to Finish
Step 1
Book
Pick your IV from our menu. Pick your time. Give us your address. Most bookings take under five minutes online or by phone.
Step 2
Good Faith Exam
(First-Time Clients Only)
Before your first IV, you do a quick consult with our Medical Director or a contracted provider. It happens by phone or video. Most consults take 5 to 10 minutes. Once you are cleared, the clearance is good for up to a year.
Step 3
Confirmation and Prep
We confirm your booking with a text or email. You get a quick checklist of what to expect. You do not need to prep anything beforehand. Just be in a comfortable spot with an arm free.
Step 4
Your Nurse Arrives
A registered nurse pulls up to your address with everything ready. IV kit, drip bag, all supplies. They check your blood pressure, ask a few quick questions, and find a good spot for the IV. Insertion takes about 30 seconds.
Step 4
The Drip
Most IVs run 30 to 60 minutes. NAD+ runs longer. Your nurse stays with you the whole time. Use the time to read, rest, scroll your phone, or just close your eyes.
Step 4
Done
Your nurse removes the IV, packs everything up, and walks you through any aftercare notes. We follow up the next day to make sure you felt the difference.
Anywhere You Need Us
We come to most settings across our service area. Common spots include:
- Your home
- Hotel rooms and resort suites
- Airbnbs and rental properties
- Offices, with employer permission
- Gyms, with venue permission
- Our Biltmore Wellness Studio for clients who want to come in
The setting matters less than you might think. The IV works the same way in any location. What matters is that you are comfortable while it runs. Most clients book at home where they can relax fully. Some prefer the studio for the spa-like vibe. Either way, the IV itself is the same.
The Real Benefits of Mobile
No Travel
You do not have to drive anywhere when you already feel terrible. Hangovers, dehydration, exhaustion. All easier to handle from your own couch.
Privacy
No waiting room. No bumping into someone you know. Real one-on-one time with a registered nurse in a setting you control.
Comfort
Your bed. Your couch. Your favorite chair. Most clients say the IV feels different at home. Calmer, more restful, easier to relax.
Same Quality
Our mobile service uses the same supplies, the same protocols, and the same trained RNs as a clinic. Mobile is not a downgrade. It is just a better delivery.
Same-Day Service
Most same-day bookings happen within 1 to 2 hours of the call. Mobile service runs 24 hours a day, so even late-night requests are doable. The exact wait depends on the day, the time, and how busy our calendar is.
Peak times are often slower. Holiday weekends, big sports events, and tournament weeks fill up faster. If you have something specific in mind, book ahead a few days when you can.
Members on our VIP plan get priority booking, which is especially helpful during busy seasons.
