Vitamin C, At a Level Pills Cannot Match
You already know vitamin C is good for you. It is in your orange juice, your daily multi, and the immunity gummies you reach for when someone in the office starts coughing. The thing most people do not realize is that the vitamin C you get from food and pills is a tiny fraction of what your body could actually use. Your gut puts a hard cap on how much it absorbs. The rest just passes through.
A high-dose vitamin C IV breaks that ceiling. By delivering vitamin C straight into your bloodstream, your body absorbs almost the full dose. We can deliver 15 grams, 25 grams, or 50 grams in a single session — that is 250 to 800 times the standard daily dose, all going to work where your cells need it.
At those doses, vitamin C does more than support immunity. It becomes a serious antioxidant tool. It supports collagen production for skin, hair, and joints. It helps your body manage oxidative stress. It supports tissue repair after surgery, illness, or injury. And many clients book it just for the glow — the look of skin that is genuinely well fed from the inside.

Inside the Vitamin C IV
This drip is intentionally focused. The hero ingredient is vitamin C — at a dose far higher than any other drip on our menu. We pair it with a sterile saline base for hydration and absorption.
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
The pure form of vitamin C, delivered at high dose. Vitamin C is one of the most important antioxidants in your body. It helps your immune cells function, protects every cell from oxidative damage, supports collagen production, and helps your body absorb iron. Higher doses unlock benefits that lower doses cannot reach.
Sterile Saline Base
A liter of medical-grade fluid that delivers the vitamin C smoothly and keeps you hydrated during the drip. Hydration also amplifies the benefits — well-hydrated cells use vitamin C more effectively.
Optional Add-Ons
- Glutathione for compounded antioxidant support and skin glow
- Zinc for added immune support
- B-complex for energy and metabolism support alongside the vitamin C
- Magnesium for muscle and stress recovery
Pick the Dose That Fits Your Goals
Higher doses unlock different benefits. Here is a quick guide so you know which dose makes sense for what you are trying to achieve. Not sure? Your nurse can help you choose.
15g — The Wellness Dose - $159
Drip time: about 60 minutes
A great starting dose for first-timers, immune support, glow maintenance, and general wellness. Think of it as the daily multivitamin of vitamin C IVs — bigger than anything you could get from food but still gentle.
25g — Most Popular - $249
Drip time: about 75 to 90 minutes
Our most-booked Vitamin C dose. Strong enough for serious immune support, collagen-building goals, post-illness recovery, and skin transformation. The dose where most clients feel and see real changes.
50g — The Deep Reset - $409
Drip time: about 2 to 3 hours
A clinical-level dose for clients who want the strongest single-session impact. Best for serious antioxidant support, post-surgery recovery, or clients deep into long-term wellness protocols. Requires G6PD screening before booking.
Is the Vitamin C IV Right For You?
You Want Glowing Skin From the Inside
Vitamin C is a key ingredient in collagen production — the structural protein that keeps skin firm, hair strong, and joints flexible. High-dose IV vitamin C supports that process from within, often with visible results in skin tone and texture over a few weeks.
You're Recovering From Illness or Surgery
After your body has been through a fight, vitamin C supports tissue repair, immune rebuilding, and overall recovery. Many clients book a 25g or 50g dose during recovery to bounce back faster. Always confirm with your medical team first.
You're Heading Into Cold and Flu Season
If you go down with every cold that goes around, a high-dose vitamin C IV can give your immune system a serious foundation. Booked every 4 to 6 weeks during the season, it is one of the strongest immune support tools we offer.
You Live a High-Stress Life
Stress burns through your vitamin C reserves fast. If you are running hot for weeks at a time, your stores are depleted in ways that food and pills cannot keep up with. The IV refills the tank in one session.
You Want Long-Term Wellness Support
More clients are using high-dose vitamin C as part of a longevity protocol. Paired with NAD+, antioxidant, and lifestyle work, vitamin C supports the kind of cellular health that pays off over years.
You Spend a Lot of Time in the Sun
Phoenix sun is no joke. Daily exposure adds up — even with sunscreen. Vitamin C helps your skin manage the oxidative stress of sun exposure and supports the natural repair processes in your skin.

Why High-Dose Means Higher Impact
Vitamin C absorption from food and pills is capped. Your gut can only absorb so much at once, and the rest passes through. Take a 1,000mg pill and your body absorbs maybe 200mg. Take 2,000mg and you might absorb 250mg. There is a ceiling, and you cannot break through it by taking more.
An IV bypasses the gut entirely. Vitamin C goes straight into your bloodstream where every cell in your body can access it. At doses of 15g, 25g, or 50g, the levels of vitamin C in your blood reach concentrations that are simply impossible to hit through food or pills.
At those concentrations, vitamin C behaves differently than it does at low doses. It becomes a more active antioxidant. It supports immune function more strongly. It accelerates tissue repair. The effects compound over a series of sessions, which is why many clients book a series of 4 to 6 drips for a noticeable transformation.
The Phoenix Connection
Sun, dry air, and active lifestyles all increase your body's demand for antioxidants. Phoenix residents tend to need more of what vitamin C provides — and many local clients notice their skin, energy, and recovery all shift after a few sessions.
Your Stress Less Visit, Start to Finish
Step 1
Before Your Visit
First-time clients complete a quick Good Faith Exam with our Medical Director or a contracted provider. For high-dose vitamin C (25g and above), we also require a quick blood test to screen for G6PD deficiency. It is a one-time test, and we walk you through how to do it.
Step 2
Your Nurse Arrives
A registered nurse comes to your home, hotel, office, or our Biltmore studio with everything ready. Higher doses run longer, so make sure you have a comfortable spot.
Step 3
Setup and Insertion
Your nurse will check your blood pressure, ask a few questions, and find a good spot for the IV. Insertion takes about 30 seconds.
Step 4
The Drip
Drip time depends on dose. 15g runs about an hour. 25g takes 75 to 90 minutes. 50g runs 2 to 3 hours. The vitamin C tastes a little tart in your mouth as it drips — a normal effect that passes quickly. Bring a book, a podcast, or just rest.
Step 5
After Your Drip
Most clients feel sharper and more energized right away. Skin and immune effects build over the next 1 to 2 weeks as your body uses the vitamin C in cellular processes. Many clients book a series of 4 to 6 sessions to see compounded benefits.
Customize Your Hydration

Glutathione
The classic vitamin C pairing. Together they form the strongest antioxidant duo we offer. A favorite for skin glow and longevity protocols.

Zinc
Boosts the immune impact of your drip. Vitamin C plus zinc is a well-studied combo for supporting your body's defenses.

B-Complex
Adds a sustained energy lift to the antioxidant power of your drip. Great if you want to feel the immediate energy boost on top of the long-term skin and immune benefits.
Vitamin C IV Questions, Answered
Will the Stress Less IV make me sleepy?
People with a condition called G6PD deficiency cannot safely receive high-dose vitamin C. It is rare but serious. We screen with a simple one-time blood test before any dose 25g or higher. The 15g dose does not require this screening. The test is straightforward and we walk you through how to do it.
How fast will I see results in my skin?
Skin changes take time. Most clients notice their skin looking brighter and more even within 2 to 3 weeks of their first session. After a series of 4 to 6 sessions over 8 to 12 weeks, the changes are often noticeable to others — improved tone, fewer fine lines, stronger glow.
How often should I get a Vitamin C IV?
It depends on your goals. For glow and immune support, every 2 to 4 weeks works well. For a transformation series, weekly for 4 to 6 weeks then monthly maintenance is common. For deep wellness protocols, your provider can help you build a plan.
Will I feel anything during the drip?
Some clients feel a slight tartness in their mouth as the vitamin C moves through. Some feel mild warmth. Most feel completely normal. The drip itself is gentle — far easier than NAD+ at the same length.
Is high-dose vitamin C safe?
Yes, when properly screened and given by a trained provider. The G6PD test is the most important safety check. Beyond that, side effects are rare and usually mild. Always tell your nurse and provider about any conditions or medications before booking.
Can vitamin C help my immune system?
Vitamin C plays a clear role in immune cell function. High-dose IV vitamin C supports that function more strongly than oral doses can. It is not a cure or guarantee — your immune system still has to do the work — but it gives your body more of one of the key tools it uses.
How is this different from the Immunity IV?
The Immunity IV combines vitamin C with zinc and B-complex at moderate doses. The Vitamin C IV is a focused, high-dose vitamin C drip with options up to 50g. Use the Immunity IV for general immune support. Use the Vitamin C IV when you want serious antioxidant or skin
benefits.
Can I get this if I am pregnant?
In some cases yes, but it depends on the dose and your health history. We require approval from your OB or primary care provider before any IV during pregnancy. Reach out and we will walk you through the process.
Does it help with collagen?
Vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen production — your body literally cannot make collagen without it. Higher doses give your body more of the raw material it needs. Combined with hydration and sleep, IV vitamin C supports the same processes that drive skin firmness and elasticity.
Is the Vitamin C IV covered by insurance?
No. IV therapy is considered an elective wellness service. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA in most cases. Members save up to 40% on every drip.
