We currently serve two regions in Arizona. Coverage details and lead times differ between them, so here is the honest breakdown.

Phoenix Metro

  • Our flagship region

    Full coverage across the Phoenix metro plus much of Pinal County. Same day appointments are usually available, often within a few hours of booking. Most addresses in this region are covered with no travel fee.

  • East Valley

    One of our fastest growing zones. Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Many clients here book at home, others at offices and resort properties.

  • West Valley

    Full coverage across the West Valley, including the Loop 303 corridor as a newer growth zone. Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, and the Sun Cities.

  • Central and North Phoenix

    Our home base region. Biltmore, Arcadia, Camelback East, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and all the surrounding North Phoenix neighborhoods.

  • Pinal County

    Casa Grande, Maricopa, Coolidge, Florence, Eloy, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon.

Tucson and Southern Arizona

  • Same-day mobile service

    Mobile only. We cover everything from Marana in the northwest down to Green Valley in the south and east out to Vail.


    • Every appointment is mobile. Home, hotel, resort, office, rental, or event space.
    • Available 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week, with same day appointments usually available.
    • No travel fee anywhere in the region. The menu price is what you pay.
    • Most appointments run 30 to 45 minutes.
    • Full IV menu, NAD+, booster shots, physician supervised peptides, and medical weight loss.
    • Peptide and weight loss programs ship directly to you, so there is nothing to travel for.

Events and Groups

Weddings, bachelorette weekends, conferences, corporate retreats, and golf outings. One visit can cover several people.

Studio Visits, Phoenix Only

Our Biltmore Wellness Studio in Phoenix is open by appointment for clients who prefer to come in. There is no mobile fee for studio visits. Southern Arizona is mobile only.

Service Area Questions, Answered

  • How fast can a nurse get to me?

    Same day appointments are usually available in both regions, often within a few hours of booking. Call or text (480) 674-8268 and we will tell you what is open right now.

  • Is there a travel fee?

    No travel fee in Tucson and Southern Arizona, and most Phoenix metro addresses are covered with no fee either. A small fee may apply for far out Phoenix addresses, after hours requests, same day rush bookings, and holidays. We always confirm before you book, and there are never surprise charges at the end of a visit.

  • Do you cover hotels and Airbnbs?

    Yes, in both regions. Many of our clients are visitors. We work with hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, and rental properties regularly, and we know how to arrive discreetly. Let the front desk know you are expecting a medical provider.

  • Can you come to my office or gym?

    Yes, with the venue's permission. Many offices and gyms welcome our nurses. We can also set up a recurring visit for clients who want regular workplace wellness.

  • What are your hours?

    9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week, in both regions. Late night and after hours requests are sometimes possible in the Phoenix metro with advance notice and an added fee. Ask us when you book.

  • Do you have a studio I can visit?

    Yes, our Biltmore Wellness Studio in Phoenix, by appointment, with no mobile fee. Tucson and Southern Arizona are served by our mobile team only.

  • Are you expanding to other regions?

    Yes. Tucson and Southern Arizona is our newest region. As we launch more areas we will list them here. If your area is not covered yet, reach out and tell us. Demand drives where we expand next.

  • Do I need to provide anything?

    No. Your nurse brings every supply needed. Just have an arm free and a comfortable spot to sit or lie down for 30 to 45 minutes.

  • Is the service the same in every region?

    The care is identical. RN every visit, Medical Director every protocol, same supplies and same training. The only difference is that our Biltmore studio is a Phoenix option, while Tucson and Southern Arizona are served by our mobile team only.
