What an IV Can Do When You Are Sick
Cold and flu pull your body in many directions at once. The right IV gives your immune system real backup.
- Hydration replaces fluids lost from fever and reduced appetite
- High-dose vitamin C supports immune cells your body uses to fight infection
- Zinc helps shorten cold duration in many people
- B-complex helps with the deep fatigue that comes with illness
- Anti-nausea support helps when stomach is upset from medications or illness
Cold and Flu IV Options

Immunity IV
Built for cold and flu season. High-dose vitamin C, zinc, and B-complex. The most popular drip during winter.

Vitamin C 25g IV
Higher-dose vitamin C for serious immune support. Requires a G6PD blood test before first dose.

Myers Cocktail
Classic vitamin and mineral blend. Great for general support during illness.
Important: When to See a Doctor
IV therapy supports your immune system but it is not a substitute for medical care. Some symptoms need a doctor's evaluation.
If you have any of these symptoms, see a doctor:
- Fever above 103°F that does not come down with medication
- Trouble breathing or shortness of breath
- Chest pain or pressure
- Severe headache with stiff neck
- Symptoms that get worse after seeming to improve
- Symptoms that last longer than 10 days
- Signs of dehydration that water alone cannot fix
Cold and Flu IV Therapy Questions, Answered
Can I get an IV when I have a fever?
Yes. Many of our clients book during a fever. The hydration and vitamin C give your body real support. We recommend talking to our Medical Director during the Good Faith Exam if your fever is over 102°F.
Is it safe for our nurse to come if I am contagious?
Our nurses follow infection control protocols and wear protective gear. They are trained to work safely with sick clients. We will not cancel because you are contagious.
How fast will I feel better?
Most clients feel a real shift in hydration and energy within an hour. The vitamin C and zinc work over the next 24 to 48 hours to support your immune system.
Can the IV prevent me from getting sick?
It cannot prevent illness, but a regular immune-focused IV during cold and flu season can support a stronger immune system. Many clients book monthly during winter.
What if I have the flu specifically?
Flu calls for fluids, anti-nausea support, and immune-focused vitamins. Our Hangover IV and Immunity IV both fit. Our Medical Director will help you pick during the Good Faith Exam.
Should I wait until I am better to get an IV?
No. The IV does the most when you are actively sick and your body needs the support. Waiting until you feel better defeats the purpose.
