The Quick One
Not every wellness moment needs a full hour. Sometimes you just want a quick reset between meetings. A pick-me-up before a date. A small lift after a long flight. A break in your day that leaves you feeling clear, hydrated, and ready for what is next.
That is what the Breezy Boost is built for. It is a half-size IV with hydration, B vitamins, vitamin C, and a touch of magnesium — all delivered in about 30 minutes. Quick enough to fit into a lunch break. Effective enough to actually feel different. Affordable enough to make it part of your
routine.
Most clients describe the Breezy Boost as the drip you do when you do not need a deep reset, but you do not want to skip wellness either. It is the in-between option. The lighter, faster, easier-to-fit drip that still gets the job done.

Inside the Breezy Boost
The Breezy Boost is a half-bag drip — about 500ml of fluid plus a focused mix of vitamins and minerals. Smaller dose, shorter session, but still real wellness.
Sterile Saline (Half Bag)
About 500ml of medical-grade fluid. Half the volume of our larger drips, but still enough to make a real hydration difference — especially if you are starting from a mild deficit.
B-Complex (Standard Dose)
All eight B vitamins. Energy, mood, mental clarity. The same B-complex our team uses in most of our wellness drips, just at a moderate dose to match the shorter session.
Vitamin C (Light Dose)
A standard dose of vitamin C for immune and antioxidant support. Not a high-dose drip, but enough to add real value to the session.
Magnesium (Light Dose)
A small dose of magnesium for muscle relaxation and stress recovery support. Just enough to add a calming, settled feeling without going as deep as the Stress Less IV.
Optional Boosters
- Extra B12 if you want a stronger energy lift
- Glutathione for an added glow factor
- Anti-nausea support if needed (with provider approval)
Is the Breezy Boost Right For You?
You're Booking on Your Lunch Break
Got 30 to 45 minutes between meetings? The Breezy Boost is the move. Your nurse can come to your office or our Biltmore studio, get you set up fast, and have you back at your desk before your next call. Many clients book this on Tuesdays or Thursdays as a midweek reset.
You Want IV Therapy on a Budget
Half the size, fair price. The Breezy Boost is one of our most accessible drips — perfect for clients who want regular wellness without committing to bigger drips every time.
You're New to IV Therapy
Curious about IV therapy but not ready to sit through a 60-minute session? The Breezy Boost is one of our best entry points. Quick, gentle, and effective enough to give you a real sense of how IV therapy feels.
You Need a Light Pre-Event Refresh
Date night. Dinner party. Photo shoot. The Breezy Boost is the drip you book a few hours before so you walk in feeling hydrated, glowing, and clear-headed.
You Want a Daily-Driver Drip
Some clients book this drip every two weeks as a baseline. It is light enough to make a regular rhythm easy and effective enough to keep their wellness consistent.
You're Recovering From a Long Day
Long flight. Outdoor event. Day in the sun. The Breezy Boost gets you back online without taking the rest of your day.

Why Smaller Can Still Work Big
Not every wellness moment needs a maximum dose. The Breezy Boost is built around the idea that a steady rhythm of light drips can do as much for your body as occasional deep ones. Maybe more, depending on your lifestyle.
The half-bag of fluid still delivers about two-and-a-half cups of water straight into your bloodstream — far more than you would absorb from a glass of water. The B-complex still gives you a real energy lift. The vitamin C still supports immune function. The magnesium still adds a touch of calm. The dose is smaller, but the absorption is the same — close to 100 percent.
Many clients use the Breezy Boost as their default drip and add bigger sessions when they need them. Others use it between bigger drips to maintain their results. Either way, it gets the basics done in less time.
The Phoenix-Friendly Choice
Phoenix's pace is busy. Phoenix's heat is constant. Phoenix's calendar is full. The Breezy Boost was built for that reality — a wellness option that works with your day instead of taking it over.
Your Breezy Boost Visit, Start to Finish
Step 1
Before Your Visit
First-time clients complete a quick Good Faith Exam with our Medical Director or a contracted provider. It is a short virtual or phone consult and you only do it once. Your clearance is good for up to a year.
Step 2
Your Nurse Arrives
A registered nurse comes to your home, hotel, office, or our Biltmore studio with everything ready. Many clients book at the office or studio for the lunch-break crowd.
Step 3
Setup and Insertion
Your nurse will check your blood pressure, ask a few quick questions, and find a good spot for the IV. Insertion takes about 30 seconds.
Step 4
The Drip
The Breezy Boost runs about 30 minutes — one of our shortest sessions. Use the time to scroll your phone, take a call, or just close your eyes for a quick reset.
Step 5
After Your Drip
Most clients feel sharper, more hydrated, and lighter right away. The benefits typically last 2 to 4 days, which makes a biweekly or weekly rhythm a great fit for many clients. Easy to fit into life. Easy to feel.

Extra B12
If you are running low on energy or feeling foggy, an added B12 shot during your Breezy Boost takes the lift further. Quick to add, big impact.

Glutathione
A glow-forward booster. Adds antioxidant and skin support to your quick session for clients who want beauty benefits without a longer drip.

Vitamin D
Supports mood and immune function. A simple add-on that rounds out the Breezy Boost for clients chasing a more complete wellness check.
Breezy Boost Questions, Answered
How long does the Breezy Boost take?
About 30 minutes from start to finish. One of our shortest IVs and a great option for busy schedules.
Will I feel as much from a half-size drip?
You will feel a real shift, but it is a lighter version of what a full drip delivers. Most clients describe the Breezy Boost as a clear refresh — better than coffee, less intense than a full Myers or Power House. The trade-off is time and price for depth.
How is this different from the Hydration IV?
The Hydration IV is a full liter of fluid plus electrolytes — pure hydration with no vitamins. The Breezy Boost is a half-bag of fluid with added B-complex, vitamin C, and magnesium. Use the Hydration IV when hydration is the priority. Use the Breezy Boost when you want hydration plus a light wellness lift.
Can I get this on my lunch break?
Yes. We come to offices in the Phoenix metro and our Biltmore studio is by appointment. Many clients book a Breezy Boost between meetings — fast, refreshing, and easy to fit in.
How often should I get a Breezy Boost?
Many clients book biweekly or weekly. The lighter dose makes a regular rhythm easy without feeling like overkill. Some clients use it as their primary drip and add bigger sessions occasionally.
Can I add boosters to make it stronger?
Yes. Extra B12, glutathione, and vitamin D are the most popular add-ons. They turn the Breezy Boost into a more complete session without adding much time.
Is it good for first-time IV therapy?
It is one of the best first-time options. Quick enough to ease into IV therapy without a big commitment. Effective enough to give you a real sense of what IV therapy can do.
Does it help with hangovers?
It can help with mild hangovers — the hydration and B vitamins are a real reset. For tougher hangovers with significant nausea or headache, our Hangover IV adds anti-nausea and anti- inflammatory support and is more targeted.
Are there any side effects?
Most clients have no issues. Some feel a vitamin taste from the B-complex during the drip. The drip is gentle and well-tolerated. Side effects are rare and usually mild.
Is the Breezy Boost covered by insurance?
No. IV therapy is considered an elective wellness service. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA in most cases. Members save up to 40% on every drip.
