Medically cleared by Mellisa Kerchief, NP, our Medical Director
A registered nurse comes to you. You get a full liter of fluids, B vitamins, amino acids, carnitine, and magnesium. Plus a Lipo-MICC shot. It helps you stay hydrated and keep your energy up. It helps on GLP-1 medicine, too.
An IV does not make you lose weight on its own. It supports the plan that does.
The Weight Loss Support IV is a one liter drip for people losing weight. It has fluids, B complex, B12, an amino acid blend, carnitine, and magnesium. It comes with a Lipo-MICC shot in the arm. It takes about 45 to 60 minutes. It costs $265 mobile or $235 at the studio. It pairs with our medical weight loss program.
What’s in the bag
Doses are set by our nurse practitioner. Your nurse can leave out any item you do not want.
Puts back the water you lose in the heat. Helps with the hunger that is really thirst.
Your body uses B vitamins to turn food into energy. Cutting calories can leave you short.
Helps with the tired, foggy feeling that comes with eating less.
The building blocks of muscle. Supports your muscles while you lose fat.
An amino acid your body uses to move fat into cells and burn it for fuel.
Eases muscle cramps and supports sleep. Both get worse on a diet.
A quick shot of methionine, inositol, choline, and B12. Supports how your liver handles fat.
Pick any two and this is your drip.
GLP-1 medicines like semaglutide and tirzepatide work well for many people. They also come with side effects, most of all in the first weeks. The big four are nausea, dehydration, constipation, and fatigue. All four get worse when you are dry. This drip helps with each one.
| Side effect | How the drip helps | Add this |
|---|---|---|
| Nausea | Fluids settle the stomach. Anti nausea medicine calms it in about 15 minutes. | Anti nausea medicine, $35 mobile |
| Dehydration | A full liter of fluids goes straight to your blood. No need to sip when you feel sick. | Extra fluids, $50 to $75 |
| Constipation | Being dry makes it worse. Fluids and magnesium help things move. | Nothing extra needed |
| Fatigue | B complex, B12, and amino acids help with the drained feeling. | Extra B12, $35 mobile |
If you are on a GLP-1 from another doctor, that is fine. Tell the nurse practitioner on your video call. If you cannot keep anything down for a full day, call your doctor. Severe belly pain needs a doctor right away.
The fluids and vitamins work fast. Most people feel less nauseated and more awake within 30 to 45 minutes. The energy lift lasts a few days. Many people book every two to four weeks while on a plan.
Here is the honest part. Weight loss takes weeks and months. It comes from your plan, your food, your movement, and your medicine. The drip supports all of that. It does not replace any of it.
Here is why it beats pills. When you feel sick, pills are hard to keep down. Your gut only absorbs part of a B12 pill anyway. An IV skips your gut. The full amount goes right to work.
How it works
Add-ons
Just want the shot? The Lipo-MICC shot alone is $32 at the studio.
Most add-ons are $32 at the studio and $35 at your door. Your nurse can stack what you need.
Boosters & add-onsThe number one add on for GLP-1 clients. $35 mobile.
More help for the tired and foggy feeling. $35 mobile.
Another 500 ml or 1,000 ml if you are very dry. $50 to $75.
Deep, cell level energy for a long plan. $50 to $350.
More muscle support on hard training weeks. $35 mobile.
Many people run low on vitamin D. A quick shot in the arm. $32.
The drip is one piece. The plan is the rest. Our medical weight loss program includes semaglutide and tirzepatide. Program clients often add this drip when they start, and again if side effects flare. Ask us how the two fit together.
Friends on a plan together. A gym challenge. A work team with a step contest. We bring enough nurses to get everyone done at once. Groups of 4 or more save 10 to 20 percent. See group pricing.
Safety first
Yes, when a nurse gives it and a provider signs off. That is how we do it every time.
Who should skip it or ask first: people with heart, kidney, or liver disease. Anyone who is pregnant or nursing (see our Morning Sickness IV instead). Anyone with a known allergy to any item in the bag. Tell us about every medicine you take, most of all weight loss medicine.
This is a wellness service. The drip does not cause weight loss. It does not replace your doctor, your plan, or your medicine. If you are losing weight very fast, or not eating, talk to your doctor. Call 911 for severe belly pain, chest pain, fainting, or vomiting that will not stop.

No. No IV does that on its own. It supports your plan with fluids, energy, B vitamins, and a lipo shot.
A Lipo-MICC shot is a quick injection of methionine, inositol, choline, and B12. It supports how your liver handles fat. On its own it is $32.
Most people feel less nauseated within the hour. Add the anti nausea medicine for the best result. If you cannot keep anything down for a full day, call your doctor.
No. Anyone on a plan can book it. If you take a GLP-1 from another doctor, tell our nurse practitioner.
Most clients book every two to four weeks while on a plan. Some book more often in the first month on a GLP-1. Our nurse practitioner can help you set a schedule.
People call it that. The carnitine and the lipo shot support how your body uses fat. But it is your plan that burns the fat, not the drip.
Yes. A full liter of fluids goes straight to your blood. Add extra fluids if you have been very dry.
Yes, unless you add anti nausea medicine. That one can make some people drowsy. Your nurse will tell you.
No. Most HSA and FSA cards work. We take all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
No. You need a short video call with a nurse practitioner before your first IV. It takes about five minutes and it is good for one year.
