Five B vitamins in one add on.

What is a B-complex add-on?
A B complex add on is five B vitamins mixed into your IV bag. It has B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6. It costs $32 at our studio and $35 on a mobile visit. It goes in with your drip. No extra time. We do not offer B complex as a shot on its own. A B12 shot is $32 if you want a shot. A registered nurse gives every drip.
What B vitamins do in your body
The B family works as a team. Each one has a job.
| Vitamin | What it helps with |
|---|---|
| B1 (thiamine) | Turns carbs into energy |
| B2 (riboflavin) | Helps your cells make energy |
| B3 (niacin) | Supports energy and healthy skin |
| B5 (pantothenic acid) | Helps make hormones and energy |
| B6 (pyridoxine) | Supports mood and red blood cells |
B vitamins do not stay in your body. They wash out in your urine every day. So you need a fresh supply every day. Food is the main source. But stress burns through them. So does a hard workout. So does a long week.
Alcohol burns B vitamins. That is a big part of why a hangover feels the way it does. Our Hangover IV has B complex inside. Add more when the night ran long.
What about B12? B12 is a B vitamin too. We offer it as its own add on and as a shot. Many people get both. See the B12 page.

- First visit? You do a short video call with a nurse practitioner. It takes about five minutes and is good for one year. Read about the Good Faith Exam.
- Your nurse arrivesThey check your blood pressure and pulse and ask about your health.
- The dripYour nurse mixes B complex into your bag. It drips with the rest. Most drips take 45 to 60 minutes.
- DoneMost people feel a lift the same day.
Safety first
Is it safe?
Yes, for most people. B vitamins are water soluble. What you do not use washes out.
- A registered nurse gives every IV.
- Our nurse practitioner reviews every order.
- Sterile, single use supplies.
- We ask about your health and your medicines first.
- Your urine may turn bright yellow for a day. That is the B2. It is normal.
Who should skip it or ask first: anyone allergic to a B vitamin. Pregnant or nursing? Ask your provider first. Tell the nurse practitioner about all your medicines. A few do not mix well with B6.
This is a wellness service. It does not treat any disease. Think you are low on a vitamin? Ask your doctor for a blood test.

How much does a B complex IV cost?
The add on is $32 at our Biltmore studio and $35 mobile. Add it to any drip. The Hydrate IV is $150 and makes a simple base. Members pay half on the add on.
Do you offer a B complex injection?
We offer B complex as an IV add on. There is no B complex shot on its own. If you want a shot, book a B12 shot for $32.
What B vitamins are in it?
B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6. B12 is a separate add on and shot.
Does B complex give you energy?
B vitamins help your body turn food into energy. If you are low, most people feel a lift. It is not caffeine. No jitters and no crash.
Is B complex the same as B12?
No. B complex is five B vitamins. B12 is one vitamin on its own. Many people add both to one drip.
Can I add it to any IV?
Yes. It goes in every bag on our menu. Some bags, like the Myers and the Hangover IV, already have it inside.
Does it help a hangover?
Alcohol burns through B vitamins. Putting them back helps most people feel less drained. The Hangover IV already has B complex and adds fluids and medicine.
Why is my urine bright yellow after?
That is B2, also called riboflavin. Your body sends out what it does not use. It fades in a day.
How often can I get it?
With every drip if you like.
Does insurance cover it?
No. Most HSA and FSA cards work for eligible services. We take all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. See HSA and FSA details.
Get your energy back.
Add B complex to your next drip. Same day is usually open.
