Two long dance days
The music runs for hours, into the night. You dance the whole time. Dancing is a workout. You lose water and salt for hours and do not feel it.

M3F 2027 is March 5 and 6 at Steele Indian School Park in Central Phoenix. Two long days of dancing in the sun. Two late nights after. We bring the IV to you. Same day. No travel fee in most of the Valley.
It is a one liter IV drip given by a registered nurse. You get it at your home, hotel, or rental during M3F weekend. Or you come to our studio in the Biltmore, minutes from the park. The most booked bag is the Hangover IV ($295 mobile, $265 studio). It has fluids, vitamins, and medicine for nausea and headache. It takes about 45 to 60 minutes.
Quick facts
From the event’s own announcements. Check its official site for changes.
M3F is two full days of music in a city park. House. Hip hop. Funk. Pop. You move from stage to stage. You dance for hours. The early March sun sits on you the whole time.
Then the after parties. Midtown. Uptown. Downtown. Two nights in a row. Many fans live here, so they wake up at home and feel it.
A nurse comes to your house, your hotel, or your rental. Or you walk into our studio, minutes from the park, and pay less. Either way you get a full liter of fluids, vitamins, and the medicine you need. You feel better in about an hour.

Phoenix in March is warm and sunny. In March 2026 the city hit 100 degrees eight days in a row. There is not much shade in a festival crowd. You sweat all afternoon.
The last set ends. The night does not. Midtown and Uptown bars stay busy. Alcohol pulls water out of your body. It burns through B vitamins. That is the hangover you wake up with.
The park is big. You walk from stage to stage all day. You stand in front of each one. Your feet, knees, and back feel it by Saturday.
Phoenix air is dry all year. You lose water with every breath. Add sun, dancing, and drinks, and you fall behind fast.
When you are dry and hungover, your stomach is slow. Water sits there. Only a little gets to your blood right away. An IV skips the stomach. It goes right to work.
