What is Arizona Bike Week IV therapy?

It is a one liter IV drip given by a registered nurse. You get it at your hotel, rental, home, or campsite during rally week. The most booked bags are the Hydrate IV ($150) and the Hangover IV ($295). Both have fluids and electrolytes. The Hangover IV adds vitamins and medicine for nausea and headache. Each takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

Built for Bike Week

Bike Week is five days of riding. You leave WestWorld in the morning. You ride to Cave Creek, Carefree, or the lake. You ride back for the vendor lots and the beer gardens. Then the RockYard opens and the night starts.

Riding dries you out fast. The sun hits you. The wind pulls the sweat off your skin before you feel it. The engine heat adds to it. You get off the bike dry and do not know it.

A nurse comes to your hotel room, your rental, or your campsite. You get a full liter of fluids, vitamins, and the medicine you need. You feel better in about an hour. Then you ride.

What Bike Week does to your body

Riding in the sun and wind

Wind dries you out faster than standing still. It wipes sweat away before you notice it. Add the sun and a black helmet. You lose water for hours and feel fine until you stop.

Long ride days

The loop to Cave Creek and Carefree is a morning. Bartlett Lake is a full day. The Apache Trail is a long, hot day. Your back, your grip, and your legs feel every mile.

Beer gardens and the RockYard

The vendor lots have beer gardens. The RockYard has a concert every night. Alcohol pulls water out of your body. It burns through B vitamins. That is the hangover you ride with the next morning.

Early April heat

Late March and early April in Scottsdale are warm and dry. Afternoons feel hot on pavement. Nights are cool. Your body works hard to keep up with both.

Camping and short sleep

Tent and RV nights mean early sun and late music. Five nights of short sleep add up. Short sleep makes a hangover worse. It makes the heat feel worse too.

Why water alone will not fix it

When you are dry and hungover, your stomach is slow. Water sits there. Only a little gets to your blood right away. An IV skips the stomach. It goes right to work.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still wondering? Text us or call (480) 674-8268.

How much does IV therapy cost during Arizona Bike Week?

Mobile drips run $150 to $595. The most booked are the Hydrate IV ($150), Hangover IV ($295), and Myers Cocktail ($225). No travel fee for Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Phoenix in most areas.

How fast can a nurse get to me?

Same day, most of the time. Most requests are filled within 1 to 2 hours. Weekend mornings go fast, so book the night before.

When is Arizona Bike Week 2027?

March 31 to April 4, 2027 at WestWorld of Scottsdale. That is from the official save the date video. Confirm the dates on the official site before you book travel.

Who is playing the RockYard in 2027?

The 2027 lineup has not been announced yet. In 2026 the headliners included Cody Jinks and Ted Nugent. We update this page when the lineup drops.

Can you come to WestWorld?

No. WestWorld is a ticketed venue during the rally. We meet you at your hotel, rental, home, or campsite outside the gates.

Can you come to my campsite or RV?

Yes, at RV parks and campgrounds outside the venue. Give us the park name and your site number. A nurse comes to you.

Do you deliver to Cave Creek, Carefree, and Fountain Hills?

Yes. Inns, rentals, and homes across Cave Creek, Carefree, and Fountain Hills. No travel fee in most of the Valley.

How long does the drip take?

45 to 60 minutes. NAD+ takes 2 to 4 hours. Your first visit adds about five minutes for the video health check.

What is the video health check?

Arizona requires a Good Faith Exam before your first IV. It is a five minute video call with a nurse practitioner. It is good for one year, so repeat clients skip it.

Should I get an IV before a long ride?

Many riders book a Hydrate IV the night before Bartlett Lake or the Apache Trail. You start the ride full of fluids and salts. It helps most when the day will be hot.

Will the Hangover IV really work?

It works on the causes: lost fluids, lost vitamins, nausea, and headache. Most people feel a big change in 20 to 30 minutes. Do not ride until you feel steady and clear.

Can I book for my riding club?

Yes. We send more nurses for groups of 5, 10, 20 or more. Groups of 4 or more save 10 to 20 percent.

Do you take HSA or FSA?

Yes, for eligible drips. We take all major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. HSA and FSA details.

Is Country Thunder the next week?

Yes. Country Thunder Arizona is April 8 to 11, 2027 in Florence, southeast of Phoenix. Many riders do both, and we serve the campgrounds there too.
