Where we go downtown

The Fremont Street Experience

The street under the big canopy. Circa, the Plaza, Golden Nugget, Binion’s, the Four Queens, the Fremont, the Golden Gate, and the D all sit on it or right off it. Music and lights run every night.

Fremont East

East of the canopy, past Las Vegas Boulevard. Bars, patios, and live music. El Cortez is the classic here. The late crowd starts here and ends in bed.

The Arts District

Also called 18b, around Main Street and Charleston. Breweries, galleries, and antique shops. First Friday brings art and big crowds. We come to lofts and homes nearby.

Symphony Park and the Smith Center

West of the Plaza, near the freeway. The Smith Center hosts big shows. Guests from out of town stay close by and book a drip before the curtain.

The rest of downtown

Main Street Station, the California, and the Downtown Grand sit a short walk from the canopy. Quiet rooms for the morning after.

Why downtown books an IV

Fremont nights run long

The canopy show and the bars keep going past 2 a.m. Cheap drinks go down easy. The morning after does not.

The dry desert heat

Las Vegas gets about 4.2 inches of rain a year. Summer days top 100 and the sidewalks hold the heat. Walking Fremont at night still dries you out.

Pool days at Circa

Circa opened in 2020 with Stadium Swim, a pool deck with a giant screen. Sun, sports, and drinks for hours. A Hydrate IV after is a smart move.

Show nights and First Friday

The Smith Center fills for shows in Symphony Park. First Friday packs the Arts District. Long nights on your feet add up.

Locals who live and work here

Downtown has lofts, condos, and older homes close in. People here work late shifts and long weeks. A monthly Myers Cocktail at $225 keeps many of them going.

How it works

How a downtown visit works

  1. Book online, call, or textChoose a drip and a time. Give us your hotel and room, or your address.
  2. Quick video callNevada requires a Good Faith Exam before your first IV. It is a short video call with a nurse practitioner. About five minutes. Good for one year. Do it from your phone.
  3. Your nurse heads overYou get a text on the way. We confirm how they get to your room.
  4. The dripVitals first. Then 45 to 60 minutes for most drips. NAD+ runs 2 to 4 hours.
  5. DoneYour nurse cleans up. You are back on Fremont by lunch.

Groups and visitors

Fremont is a favorite for birthday trips and bachelor weekends on a budget. We bring enough nurses for the whole room. One nurse can handle up to 4 people at a time. Groups of 4 or more save 10 to 20 percent. See group IV therapy and bachelor and bachelorette IVs.
