River days
The Payette River runs right by town. Warm days pull people out onto the water. Sun, river splash, and drinks by the fire all add up. The next morning can feel rough.

Highway 55 is the main road from Boise to Cascade and McCall. Lots of travelers pass through on summer weekends. If you are staying in a rental here, we can come to you.
July and August highs in the valley run near 90. River towns get just as hot. You lose water faster than you think. The Hydrate IV is the go to drip here.
Horseshoe Bend is about 37 minutes from the Capitol. When you feel sick, driving that far is hard. Our nurse drives to you so you can stay put.
Many people here work outside or drive long hours. A Myers once a month helps many of them keep going.
Horseshoe Bend has no hotels on our list. Most visitors rent a cabin or a house.
How it works
A crew of friends in a river rental. A family on the way up to McCall. A bachelor party that took the river day too far. Group bookings make the drive easy for all. Groups of 4 or more save 10 to 20 percent. See group IV therapy.

Safety first
What we do not treat. We offer wellness drips, not emergency care. A river injury, chest pain, or trouble breathing needs help now. Call 911 or go to St. Luke’s or Saint Alphonsus in Boise.
