SR 71 and SR 89
SR 71 starts at SR 89 in Congress and runs southwest to US 60 at Aguila, a shortcut from Prescott toward California.
Yarnell
Northeast of Congress, SR 89 climbs Yarnell Hill, 1,300 feet in four miles, to reach Yarnell. Ranching, mining, travelers and retirees keep the town going.
