Sandia Knolls is a neighborhood of homes at the south end of Monte Largo, a small mountain east of the Sandias. It was laid out off Frost Road in 1956.
San Antonito and Sandia Park are about three miles to the west, and an undeveloped stretch of Edgewood lies to the north.
We come to your house. A registered nurse drives up from Albuquerque, takes your vitals and a quick health history, and starts the drip. Most take 45 to 60 minutes. At about 6,900 feet, it is easy to get behind on fluids without noticing.

The Sandia Crest Scenic Highway starts three miles west in San Antonito and climbs past the Sandia Peak Ski Area. A day up there wears you out. The Athletic Performance IV is on our menu for days like that.
Sandia Knolls is a subdivision, not a town center. When you feel awful, a nurse coming to the house saves you a drive down the mountain.
The subdivision opened off Frost Road in 1956, and it is still the way in. Give us your street and house number and the nurse will find you.
