Why people in Mountain Green book an IV

Snowbasin is up the road

Snowbasin’s 2002 Olympic races, the downhill, combined and super-G, ran just up the road, and its base sits near 6,400 feet. Coming down Trappers Loop after a big ski day, you can have a nurse waiting at home.

Summer trails

Snowbasin runs about 17 summer trails, and Mountain Green has mountain biking of its own. A long ride in the heat calls for fluids afterward.

Sixteen miles from Ogden

Ogden is 16 miles down the Weber River. When you are sick, skipping that drive matters, and the nurse comes to you.

Where we go in Mountain Green

Trappers Loop

Trappers Loop Road starts at I-84 just west of Mountain Green and climbs north toward Huntsville. The road up to Snowbasin branches off it.

Popular here: Athletic Performance IV, Hydrate IV.

Deserters Point

In May 1825, Peter Skene Ogden’s Hudson’s Bay Company trappers camped here, and American trappers arrived the next day. The spot became known as Deserters Point. A rest stop with a historical marker stands there now.

Enterprise sits on the benchland about four miles southeast, between Mountain Green and Morgan. Henry and Stephen Hales settled it in 1861 and dug a ditch from the Weber River for their farms. We come there too.

Popular here: Myers Cocktail IV, Cold and Flu IV.

Along the Weber River

Mountain Green holds the lowest point in Morgan County, down by the Weber River before it leaves through Weber Canyon. A nurse can come to the homes near the river.

How it works

  3. Your nurse arrivesYou get a text when they leave. They check your vitals first.
  4. The drip45 to 60 minutes for most drips. NAD+ takes 2 to 4 hours.
  5. DoneYour nurse packs up. You get on with your day.
