Why Los Alamos people book an IV

The altitude

Los Alamos sits at 7,300 feet. Higher than Santa Fe. Scientists and engineers move here from sea level and feel it by dinner. Headache. Poor sleep. Dry mouth. Up here one drink can feel like three. It takes about 48 hours to adjust. A Hydrate IV helps with the dry, dragging feeling many visitors get.

Long lab hours

About 10,500 people work at the lab. It is the highest paid workforce in the state. Deadlines run late. Weeks run long. A Myers or an NAD+ drip at home is a fast way to recharge.

Pajarito Mountain

Ski days at Pajarito Mountain start early and end sore. Heads pound. A Hydrate IV or a Migraine IV that evening helps.

Bandelier hikers

Bandelier National Monument is down the road. Ladders, cliff homes, and long trails in full sun. Hikers come home dry and worn out.

Cold winters, dry air

Winter here is cold and the air is dry. Heated homes make it worse. Chapped lips and dry eyes are the signs. A monthly Myers helps through the cold months.

How it works

How a mobile IV visit works in Los Alamos

  1. Book online, call, or textPick your drip, your mesa, and a time. Book online.
  2. Quick video callBefore your first IV you do a short video call with a nurse practitioner. She takes your history and writes your order. It takes about five minutes and it is good for one year. It is how we do it in every state.
  3. Your nurse heads up the hillYou get a text on the way. Vitals come first.
  4. The dripMost drips take 45 to 60 minutes. NAD+ runs 2 to 4 hours.
  5. DoneYour nurse heads back down the hill.

Groups, visitors, and corporate

Lab teams. Visiting scientists. Ski houses. Guests from sea level. We bring enough nurses to do everyone at once. Groups of 4 or more save 10 to 20 percent. Group IV therapy and corporate wellness.
