Mobile IV therapy in West Point.

Medically cleared by Mellisa Kerchief, NP, our Medical Director

In 1910, Erastus William Fisher suggested the name West Point, because the town sat at the west-most point of Davis County. Another idea was Fruitia, for the orchards here.

What is mobile IV therapy in West Point?

Before that, people called the area South Hooper, Muskrat Springs or Sandridge, after a sandy ridge left by old Lake Bonneville.

West Point now reaches west to the wetlands on the shore of the Great Salt Lake. A registered nurse from The Good Life IV comes to homes and offices across the city. A short health check comes first, then a drip of about 45 to 60 minutes.

Why people in West Point book an IV

The Fourth at the Point

Party at the Point fills the Fourth of July with a parade, food trucks and fireworks in the park. It is a long day outside. If you wake up wiped out after, a nurse can come to your house.

Far from downtown

West Point sits at the far west edge of Davis County, a long way from downtown Salt Lake City. When you are sick, the nurse makes the drive instead of you.

Soccer and volleyball seasons

The city runs youth soccer and volleyball. Coaches and parents spend long hours at games and practices. A drip at home gives you an hour to sit still.

How it works

How a mobile IV visit works in West Point

  1. Book online, call, or textTell us the drip, the address, and the time. Hotel guests, add your room number.
  2. Quick video callBefore your first IV you do a short video call with a nurse practitioner. She takes your history and writes your order. It takes about five minutes and it is good for one year. It is how we do it in every state.
  3. Your nurse arrivesYou get a text when they leave. They check your vitals first.
  4. The drip45 to 60 minutes for most drips. NAD+ takes 2 to 4 hours.
  5. DoneYour nurse packs up. You get on with your day.
