What is mobile IV therapy in Dakota Ridge?

That sharp ridge marks the west edge of the community, and near Morrison the same rock is called Dinosaur Ridge. C-470 runs along the west side, below it. Harriman Lake, the Ridge Recreation Center and Dakota Ridge High School are all inside the neighborhood.

Dakota Ridge never became a city. Voters said no in 1988, so mail here goes to Littleton or Morrison addresses.

Why people in Dakota Ridge book an IV

About a mile up, in dry air

Dakota Ridge sits at about 5,800 feet, and the Denver area has a semi-arid climate with low humidity. The Hydrate IV gives you a bag of fluids and electrolytes while you sit at home.

Busy weekends close to home

Laps around Harriman Lake, games at Powderhorn Park, a swim at the Ridge. Active days stack up. A nurse can come to the house when you are done.

Short stays by the highway

Guests at the Fairfield Inn and at the hotels just south in Ken Caryl are often in town for a few days. The nurse comes to the room, so you can rest before your plans.

A bug in the house

When a cold or a stomach bug runs through the family, nobody wants a drive and a waiting room. The nurse comes to you and sets up by the couch.

How it works

How a mobile IV visit works in Dakota Ridge

  1. Book online, call, or textTell us the drip, the address, and the time. Hotel guests, add your room number.
  2. Quick video callBefore your first IV you do a short video call with a nurse practitioner. She takes your history and writes your order. It takes about five minutes and it is good for one year. It is how we do it in every state.
  3. Your nurse heads overYou get a text when they leave. They check your vitals when they walk in.
  4. The dripMost drips take 45 to 60 minutes. NAD+ takes 2 to 4 hours.
  5. DoneYour nurse packs up. You get on with your day.

Safety

  • A registered nurse gives every IV.
  • Our nurse practitioners are licensed in Colorado.
  • Your order is written after your video call.
  • Sterile, single use supplies.
  • We check your vitals before every drip.
  • We ask what you drank and what you took.
  • Insured.

What we do not treat. We are a wellness service, not an emergency service. Watch for chest pain, trouble breathing, confusion, or a friend who will not wake up. Call 911 or get to St. Anthony in Lakewood. Serious altitude trouble is an emergency too.
