The village was built in eight units, starting in the early 1970s. We come to homes in every one of them.
The river walk
The community association keeps a walkway along the Verde River. Neighbors spot otters, beavers and turtles there, and anglers fish the banks.
Del Rio Pond and the community center
Del Rio Pond and the community center, with its pool, are where the village gets together for dinners, dances and classes.

Do you come to Verde Village?

Do I pay a travel fee in Verde Village?

How soon can a nurse get to Verde Village?
We confirm your visit time when you book. Verde Village sits near the edge of our Prescott area, so it helps to book ahead.
Can you give my mom or dad a drip at home?
Yes. The nurse does a short health check first and stays for the whole drip. You are welcome to be there.
Is Verde Village part of Cottonwood?
No. It sits outside Cottonwood’s city limits, south of the city. We cover both.
